ABD gayrimenkul yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131, d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck riskle ilgili en g\u00fcvenli yat\u0131r\u0131mlardan biridir. Herhangi bir a\u015famada s\u00f6zle\u015fmenizi iptal etmeye karar verirseniz, bu depozito iade edilecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8-Durum Tespiti:<\/strong> Sat\u0131c\u0131 ile anla\u015fmay\u0131 tamamlamadan \u00f6nce ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131z\u0131 yapman\u0131z gerekir. A\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki ad\u0131mlar \u00f6nerilir: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8-1-M\u00fclk\u00fcn herhangi bir onar\u0131ma ihtiyac\u0131 olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmek i\u00e7in Emlak Denetimi, <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8-2-M\u00fclkiyetin yasal durumunu kontrol etmek i\u00e7in tapu raporu, <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8-3-T\u00fcm durum tespiti raporlar\u0131 ABD&#8217;de yetkilendirilmi\u015f \u015firketler taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9-Son \u00f6deme: <\/strong>Son ekstreyi alacaks\u0131n\u0131z.
